FREELY HAS launched an end-to-end travel insurance and safety app.

Users can insure themselves for a spontaneous ski trip, connect in real time with informed health professionals, instantly log a claim from overseas and enjoy 24/7 live chat support.

In addition to travel insurance, Freely provides emergency assistance with health, travel, safety and security experts, through a partnership with World Travel Protection, a global travel assistance provider.

“We looked at the typical travel insurance model and said, “how can we make this approachable, accessible, easy and use business as a force for good?” said Doug Skoog, Head of Marketing at Freely.

“And so Freely was built, an app that people would actually need and use for their adventures.”

In line with its mission to contribute to a better world, Freely has partnered with 1% For The Planet and in doing so donates one per cent of all revenue to pressing environmental issues.

As part of this commitment, Freely is supporting the Adventure Travel Conservation Fund in its mission to protect threatened communities, cultures and wild places.
